It Started With One Bold Choice: In 2023, I walked away from a 25-year career in high-tech sales. It had provided for my family, challenged me, and shaped much of who I was. But I couldn’t ignore the feeling that something essential was missing. I was living a life that looked successful from the outside but didn’t feel right on the inside. So I left it behind and moved to California, drawn by something I couldn’t fully explain but deeply trusted.
A Life Rebuilt Around What Matters: With my children by my side, I started over in Laguna Beach. I chose love, freedom, and a more intentional way of living. In the quiet and sunlight, I began to reconnect with my health, my purpose, and a deeper understanding of how the way we live impacts the way we feel. Every small change I made. What I ate, what I bought, how I spent my time. It all led to something bigger. I felt clearer, stronger, and more connected to myself than ever before.
From Healing to Helping Others: What began as a personal transformation became a calling I couldn’t ignore. I wanted to help others feel this too. Not by offering a quick fix, but by creating something real and lasting. That’s how this work began.
How It Started - Laguna Happy: Laguna Happy was born from that first leap. It was named after the place that inspired the shift - Laguna Beach, California. A place of beauty, wellness, creativity, and energy that helped me begin again. It has been the creative lab and foundation for everything that followed.
